The CENT was created in September 1992, as a result of an agreement between the Ministry of Transportation of the Nation (through the current National Transportation Regulatory Commission - CNRT) and the National Technological University. Its function is the implementation of a Vehicle Technical Review system for the inter-jurisdictional transport of cargo and passengers. In 1993, the first workshops began to operate and today, eleven years from that date, there are more that 100 qualified inspection centers, and more than two million technical reviews have been carried out, which are almost entirely equipped with CVA diagnostic equipment. Likewise,
CVA reconverted equipment of European origin, solving the technological abandonment of these companies. In this way we are honored and proud to give a completely national technological solution by disconnecting ourselves from foreign technological dependence. 100% of the equipment is of national industry.
